Identified - The issue has been identified and is affecting Nissan Leaf models only. All other models are operating normally.

Tesla: Elevated error rates for API requests and login attempts
Resolved - We've resolved an issue which led to increased Upstream - Unknown Issue errors for Tesla vehicles that occurred over the weekend. This issue impacted only a small subset of Tesla vehicles utilizing the Smartcar application tenet on the Fleet API. Monitoring - We've put a mitigation in place, and Connected Services Account - Authentication Failed errors are trending back to normal. Vehicles should recover without the need to re-authenticate through Smartcar Connect. We're continuing to monitor error rates.
