Update -
Data delivered through webhooks and API requests continues to function as expected for the Volkswagen EU group of brands (Volkswagen, Audi, Cupra, and Skoda).
We are continuing work to fully restore command functionality and are seeing steady progress. We’ll continue to provide updates as that work progresses and will closely monitor the platform to ensure stability.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance this week as part of a migration to our updated integration for Volkswagen Europe group vehicles, including Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, and CUPRA.
During this time, customers may experience a temporary disruption to vehicle connectivity, including API errors, delayed webhook deliveries, and potential issues reconnecting impacted vehicles through Smartcar Connect.
BEV and PHEV vehicles: A temporary service interruption is expected. We will post an update here once maintenance is complete and connectivity is restored.
ICE vehicles: Following this maintenance, signals for non-electrified VW EU vehicles will no longer be available. This is a permanent change.
