If a vehicle encountered an "Action is Required" error due to this issue, please instruct the vehicle owner to log in to their Volkswagen Connected Services account and complete any pending actions, such as accepting "Terms and Conditions" or "Marketing" updates. After completing these actions, please have the vehicle reauthenticate through Smartcar Connect.
