The issue affecting Volvo has been resolved. All systems are now operating normally. If a vehicle affected by the outage is still experiencing Connected_Service_Account: Authentication_Failed errors, please instruct the vehicle owner to reauthenticate their vehicle through Smartcar Connect.

A fix has been successfully implemented and we are monitoring the system to ensure stability.

Each affected Volvo vehicle will need to reauthenticate by logging in again through Smartcar Connect.
