We are investigating an increase in CONNECTED SERVICES ACCOUNT - AUTHENTICATION FAILED errors affecting GM vehicles. We have identified the cause and are working to resolve it. Affected vehicles are expected to recover automatically. We will provide an update once the issue is resolved.
