We’ve identified an issue affecting API requests and login attempts for VW EU vehicles. This disruption appears to be occurring on Volkswagen’s side and is also impacting access through their first-party app. While this issue is outside of Smartcar’s control, we are actively monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
