We've implemented a change to more accurately reflect authentication issues. Affected vehicles will now return a CONNECTED_SERVICES_ACCOUNT - ACCOUNT_ISSUE error instead of the previous CONNECTED_SERVICES_ACCOUNT - AUTHENTICATION_FAILED error.
If you've paused requests to these vehicles, please resume pinging them.
